PA6: Equipment Performance by Operator

Description:
The information on this panel is first sorted by operator. For each of the selected operators-equipment combination the operating, idle and down times, and the availability, utilisation and U of A for the defined period are listed. The total measure and its production rate (measure per operating hour) for the period also are included. The overall totals for the whole period are presented.

Associated panels:
GC1: Active Stockpile Summary	The tonnage and grade types of the opening and closing stock, and the movements in and out are reported for the stockpiles that have been active in the defined period. The defined grade types are presented as both grades and contained metal values. As there may be many grade types, each row in the report may extend over more than one page.
GC2: Daily Production	The tonnage of material moved from a selected source to a selected destination during the defined period is reported. The defined grade types of the material are presented as grades and contained metal values. As there may be numerous grade types defined, each row may cover more than one page.
EH1: Equipment Hours	A summary of the hours spent in each of the selected states by each of the selected pieces of equipment for the defined period. Run this report on a group of equipment (e.g. all bolters), to understand how their time is spent performing various tasks in the mine.
Terms used:
Availability	(Operating + Idle / Operating + Idle + Down) * 100
U of A Utilisation of Availability	(Operating / (Operating + Idle)) * 100
Utilisation	(Operating / (Operating + Idle + Down)) * 100
Rate	Measure per unit time. For example, tonnes per operating hour – measure/ operating hours.
Panel Definition:
A panel is defined by a set of report parameters and attributes which may vary from site to site:
Parameter	Attributes
Site	Select from the list of configured sites.
Period	Year, Month, Day Shift, Macro.
Operator	All Operators, Crew, Team, Operator.
Equipment	The unit of equipment assigned as Secondary Unit.
Crew	All Crew, Crew.
Measure	Select from the list of available values.

Summary levels:
The panel will report information to the selected Period, Operator and Equipment Attribute levels.
