The measure type, the material, the source and the destination are all selected and reported. The total measures for each piece of equipment for the period are included. |

For a piece of equipment, associated with a destination, the totals of selected materials are listed. The equipment, destination, measure and material are selected. The total material type at the destination and the overall total for the period for each piece of equipment are included. |
