Pitram Connect Prerequisites

The Pitram Connect app is available for sites and clients running Pitram 4.8 or later versions with API Resources.

The following prerequisites apply:

The Pitram server must be accessible either through the site’s wireless network or via a mobile network (if available). See: Configuration

Pitram Connect uses HTTPS. HTTP can be used, however HTTPS is recommended. In order to gain access to the mobile app, unique logins for individual users must be created on the server via Pitram Portal.
Pitram Connect is available to users of Android and Apple mobile devices (phones and tablets) and is also available as a Windows store application.
Pitram Connect will require approximately 1/2 - 1 day configuration. More details about the prerequisites for running Pitram Connect and its configuration are described in the PRIS Installation and Configuration section of the table of contents.
