Real-time Usage Report
The Real-time Usage Report provides information on the licence Seats configured for your Company, the In Use and Total user count, the average duration for utilised licences, and the Borrowed and Reserved licence count. Licence Statistics can be viewed in a grid on a Per user or Per licence basis.

Click Real-time report on the menu at the left to navigate to the Real time Usage report page.
Along the top of the Real-time Usage Report page, a number of panels display statistics such as the total number of Seats in all licences, the total licence seats currently In Use, Borrowed, Reserved, Assigned and Not Assigned, as well as the total Users and the average Duration of use per licence seat.
Licence Statistics
In the Licence statistics section of the page, you can select either Per users or Per licence view.
Per Users
The Per users statistics grid displays the following information:

User name - The user name of the user for the licence seat.

Licence ID - The Licence ID assigned to the user on the row.

Status - The current status of the user and licence seat.
If you click the question icon next to the Status label in the heading bar, an information panel describing the available statuses is displayed:
Note: The Reserved status is changed to In use when the User with a Reserved seat has an active session.

Device ID - The Device ID for the device currently being used with the licence for the user.

Session Start Time - The date and time at which the session for the current user begun.

Duration - The length of time for which the current session has been active.
You can select licences to be viewed from the Licences drop down:
Each licence selected from the drop down will appear as a label under the Licences and Search fields:
Any characters you enter in the Search field will filter the statistics grid to only licences which contain matching characters.
Per Licence
The Per licence statistics grid displays the following information:
Licence ID
Displays the Licence ID for the licence on the row.
Type
Displays the Type for the licence - Floating or Named.
Total Seats
The number of available seats for the licence on the row.
In Use
Indicates how many seats on the licence are currently in use.
Reserved
Indicates whether the licence is currently Reserved.
Borrowed
Indicates the number of Borrowed seats on the licence.
Utilisation
Displays a percentage value for the relation of the seats In Use + Borrowed to the total number of available seats.
Expiry Date
Displays the date on which the licence on the row will expire.
Sorting the Grids
The Per Users and Per Licence grids can be sorted by any of the columns they contain. For example, to sort by Expiry Date, hover on the column label and toggle the Ascending or Descending sort order using the arrow icon which appears:
