Calendar Inputs
The Calendar tab is the primary area allowing a manually control of your scheduling process.
Specify applicable input parameters for equipment, rates, and set incentives and constraints to optimise the schedule results. (You may change settings to display more planning parameters in the Configure Scheduling Dashboards dialog).

Updating Inputs
Standard Copy, Paste, Undo, Redo options, as well as several inbuilt functions are available to help users update and maintain Calendar inputs. These can be found by selecting a cell and right-clicking:
Option Name | Function |
---|---|
Clear Cells | Sets the cell to zero or default value (if set). (DEL) |
Copy Calendar Field Name | Copies the field name to the clipboard. Useful when building custom reports. (Ctrl-D) |
Set Defaults | Sets a default values for cells. This value will be used when updating Calendar periods. (Ctrl-E) |
Fill Right | Fills all cells to the right of selected cell with the same value. (Ctrl-R) |
Set to Positive Infinity | Sets the cell to the maximum value. (Z) |
Crushers
Enter the crusher capacity into Schedule > Calendar > Crushers. This may be defined by a rate or a flat target, depending upon what availability types have been specified in Setup > Crushers.

Loaders
Enter the excavator numbers and time usage into Schedule > Calendar > Loaders. This may be defined by a rate or a flat target, depending upon what availability types have been specified in Setup > Loaders.

Trucks
Enter the truck numbers and time usage into Schedule > Calendar > Trucks. This may be defined by a rate or a flat target, depending upon what availability types have been specified in Setup > Trucks.

Battery Electric Trucks will have additional reporting and input fields. Min % of Batteries Swapped controls the amount of the fleet to swap in each period.

Steps
If you have defined variable step ratios in the Steps Logic, then they will appear in Schedule > Calendar > Steps.

Failure to input step ratios may result in a schedule fault. (For more details see Schedule Not Working).
Drills
If you are using Drills, then enter the drill parameters into Schedule > Calendar > Drills.

Agents
If you are using Loaders as Agents option, then enter the Agent Rate into Schedule > Calendar > Agents. (For more details see Loaders, Fleets & Agents).

Product Specifications
If you are using Optimise Products mode, then enter the cash flows and targets into Schedule > Calendar > Product Specifications.
