Pitram Reporting uses Transact-Structured Query Language (T-SQL), Microsoft's and Sybase's proprietary extension to SQL, to query, modify and define the data relationships in the Pitram Reporting Database.
An understanding of T-SQL is central to using Microsoft SQL Server, Pitram Reporting, and Crystal Reports. A detailed description of how to query relational databases using T-SQL is beyond the scope of this document, however here is an online reference that can help you on your way:
