Description:
This panel displays the current primary operator allocation for a piece of equipment.

Associated panels:
VE1: Equipment Assignments	This panel displays the current status, location and latest SMU reading for the selected equipment.
VE2: Equipment Assignments by Location	This panel displays equipment assignments for the current shift. Equipment state, duration, location, SMU Type and Reading information is also presented.

Equipment	The unit of equipment assigned as Secondary Unit.

Shift Boss	Select from the list of allocated shift bosses.
Status	Year, Month, Day Shift, Macro.
