Save and Load Data :

Example: Save and Load a current view of data

1. With Measure values > 500 highlighted, click Save-Load.
2. In the text box, enter:

   Type
   Greater Than 500

3. Click Save to save the current report view to the file.
4. Click OK to close the confirmation message.
5. Click Close to close the dialog.
6. Click Custom Highlights to delete the current highlight on the Measures values. The Custom Highlights dialog opens.
7. The current highlight definition will be displayed in the window:

   Remove	Column Filter	Highlight Colour	Filter
   Delete	Other_Measure_Value	xxx	>'500'

8. Click Remove | Delete.
9. Click Apply to delete the highlight settings. The highlights are removed from the Other_Measure_Value column.
10. Click Save-Load .
11. In the lower window, click Greater Than 500.
12. Click Load. The Other_Measure_Value highlights will return.
13. Click Close.
