Envelopes

The concept of an Envelope is central to the reconciliation process. A Reconciliation will consist of one or more envelopes. An Envelope is a 'package of data' which consists of:

• One or more selected locations. The selection process may take into account the Type, Class and Status of each location.
• Movements. Inputs to and outputs from selected locations and the stocks and grades that apply to those locations.
