Operator Qualifications

If a task has equipment which requires a qualified operator to perform the task, the following actions will occur where the operator qualification fails; depending on if the qualification can be overridden:

Qualification cannot be overridden

The server will reject the task. There will be a toast error, and the error will be also displayed in the edit dialog:

Qualification override is allowed

The task should then be successfully submitted.
