Reporting Errors
If there are errors, it is necessary for Support to access the error logs from during the time in which the error occurred. If possible, it may be even more useful to temporarily enable extra logging while recreating the error. Once this has been captured, it is best to turn toggle this option Off, as the amount of logging will be substantially increased, and may impact performance and/or make the log files very large.
Once the error has occurred, the user can then use the email option to send the logs to Micromine Australia Pty Ltd. Remember to then disable the extra logging.
