Reblock Model

On the Block Model tab, in the Block Model group:

• Select Reblock to modify the block definitions of an existing block model, or slice an existing block model according to a different block definition.

• Select Reblock | Reblock with Rotation to reblock and rotate a block model, so that it is aligned with the strike of an orebody, for example.

• Click Combine to combine two block models together by superimposing one on the other. Only models that have the same rotation can be combined.

• Click Optimise to reduce the number of blocks or records in an existing block model file. The sub-blocks within each parent cell will be combined to reduce the number of records in the block model file.

• Click Regularise to generate a new block model from an existing block model, which may contain sub-blocks and/or volumetric block factors.
