Licence Dongle Not Detected
If your dongle (security key) is not recognised by the system a warning message is displayed. A dongle may not be detected for a number of reasons. Try the following:

Ensure the dongle is correctly plugged-in.

If the dongle is correctly plugged-in and its red LED is not illuminated, try using a different USB port.

Additionally, please ensure the MARX dongle drivers are correctly installed. Note: You may need to install the latest drivers – Click here to download.
Note: If the dongle was plugged-in PRIOR to installing the application (or the drivers), you may need to unplug/re-plug the dongle for Windows to recognise the device.
If the problem persists, contact licensing support. Please quote your Licence number in any correspondence.
