Hole Level Bench / Surface Snap

The Bench surface and Floor surface options have been added to the Insert Hole, Add Row and Extend Row tools on the Mining | Blast Design tab, in the Drillhole Pattern group to improve blast hole creation and editing by allowing snap to bench topography or planned floor DTMs.
