Resource Optimisation

This topic provides a summary of new features and enhancements related to Stope Optimisation and Pit Optimisation.

Create Bench Pushbacks

On the Mining tab, in the Resource Optimisation group, you can now select Pit Optimiser | Create Bench Pushbacks to generate bench solids that satisfy minimum mining widths directly from pit optimisation results

Mine Setup

While setting up an optimisation (pit or stope) and the interpretation of the Recovery/Losses value on the Model > Dilution and Recovery tab of the setup form is RECOVERY, the default unit is now PERCENT (since this is the most common scenario).
