Design

Use the options under the Design group of the Mine Setup form to set the requirements for the design of the mine:

• Underground or Open Pit Mine Setup

• Exclusion Zones
• Staging

• Solver (Stope Optimiser Only)

Tab	Description
Underground	Optimisation method, mining costs for ore and waste, and design regions.
Exclusion Zones	Zones to which generated stopes or pits should be confined or from which they should be excluded.
Staging	Parameters for staging development of the mine.
Solver	(Stope optimser only.) Configuration options for integrated mathematical programming solver.
