This section topic provides a summary of new features and enhancements related to Surveying.

Floor (+Roof) to Solid

If you have the Surveying module, the Floor (+Roof) to Solid function is now available on the Survey tab in the Underground Tools group. The function can be used to generate a solid from floor sidewall strings or points, and roof points.

 

Downsample

On the Survey tab, in the Point Cloud group, when you click Downsample to apply a filter mechanism to resample the points in an input point cloud file, you can now select an option to auto load the downsampled data in Vizex.
