Colours and Colour Sets

In Micromine, the data you display can be colour-coded using a variety of proprietary and third-party palettes.Custom Colour Sets can be defined, based on those palettes, using the Colour Set form.

You can launch the Colour Set form in three ways:

• From a form where you can create a display. This is the most common method.
• On the Home tab, in the Symbology group, select a Colour Set option.
• From the File Editor right-click menu (Colour Sets | Edit).

The advantage of navigating to a Colour Set form from another form, is that the Colour Set form is “aware” of the function you are using to create the display and the symbology field you are using to control the colour-coding.
