Staging Wireframes

Use the Output > Stage Wireframes tab to specify whether smoothed and/or exact wireframes are to be saved for each extraction and the details of the wireframe types to be used for each.

Smoothed wireframes may be useful for presentation purposes. However, exact wireframes, which wrap the outer faces of the constituent blocks, should be used where the volumes of the wireframes are required to match those that would be obtained by summing the volumes of the constituent blocks.

Smoothed Stage Wireframes (using block centroids)

Select to save smoothed wireframes for each extraction.

Type

(Smoothed only.) Select the type of wireframe in which the smoothed wireframes for each extraction are to be saved.

Name

(Smoothed only.) Specify the base name to be assigned to each smoothed wireframe.

The extraction number will be appended to the base name in the format {baseName}|{extractionNumber} to create the name that will be assigned to each smoothed wireframe.

Auto load

(Smoothed only.) Select to load the smoothed wireframes into Vizex automatically.

Title

(Smoothed only, optional.) Specify the title to be assigned to each smoothed wireframe.

Code

(Smoothed only, optional.) Specify the code to be assigned to each smoothed wireframe.

Colour

(Optional.) Specify the colour to be assigned to each smoothed wireframe.

Exact Stage Wireframes (using block outer vertices)

Select to save exact wireframes for each extraction.

Type

(Exact only.) Select the type of wireframe in which the exact wireframes for each extraction are to be saved.

Name

(Exact only.) Specify the base name to be assigned to each exact wireframe.

The extraction number will be appended to the base name in the format {baseName}|{extractionNumber} to create the name that will be assigned to each exact wireframe.

Auto load

(Exact only.) Select to load the exact wireframes into Vizex automatically.

Title

(Exact only, optional.) Specify the title to be assigned to each exact wireframe.

Code

(Exact only, optional.) Specify the code to be assigned to each exact wireframe.

Colour

(Exact only, optional.) Specify the colour to be assigned to each exact wireframe.

Wireframe Attributes

Values of the following attributes for Revenue Adjustment Factor (RAF) = 1.0 are assigned to each smoothed and exact wireframe:
