Activate Hyperlinks

Improvements have been made to Field and Text Hyperlinks in the Report Designer. A menu option has been added to the popup menu for the hyperlink object to allow the activation of the hyperlink from within the Designer.

Additionally, a hint displaying the hyperlink address is shown on mouse hover:

The default font properties of hyperlinks have also been modified so that text is initially blue and underlined, as is standard behaviour for hyperlinks in web applications.
