Email Configuration to Support

In the Configuration Manager, click on Export | Email config to support from the ribbon.

This option will place all objects from the Configuration Manager into a few XML files, zip them together and add the zip file into a blank email to Support. Feel free to add text to the email to explain the situation. This will not include any data.
