Auto Insert Records

The Auto Insert (F9) utility provides a quick way of pasting several consecutive records, using a series of values for the selected field.

Number of records to insert

Specify the number of records to insert and click OK.

The default values and/or data replication used when you insert new records will depend on the Column Properties of the selected field. A key violation error message will be displayed if non-unique values are generated for a key field.

Check the values generated for the records inserted into the data grid.
