Record Subsets

The Setup Task > Scheduling > Record Subsets setup step allows users to create groups which contain specific sources and/or destinations in a single place, so that any changes here propagate to all other references in the Setup.

Record Subsets may include groups of blocks based on:

• Fleet: Autonomous or Crewed

• Certain mining RL: Below or Above water level, Lower or Higher benches

• Source blocks for the specific destination

• Source blocks for the specific phases, or of a certain volume

• Blocks to be mined/drilled within specific periods, etc.

Example Record Subsets

To Add a Record Subset

1. Click the Plus icon to add a new Record Subset.

2. Select a parcel from the Must Contain Parcel Subset dropdown to automatically filter Source blocks based on contained parcels, if required.

3. Custom groupings can be created using extensions and selected using the Extension Record Filter dropdown.

4. To add phases/benches/blocks in the subset:

• Flag them in the Included Records list, or

• Click on the Edit Subset Graphically button, make a selection > Right-click > Append Selection to Subset to add items to the Subset.
